Geometry Objectives

Students will be able to:

Knowledge:
Recognize and define terminology on angles.
Label the different parts of angles (vertex, arms, angles).
Comprehension:
Classify different types of angles.
Give examples of the different types of angles.
Application:
Calculate angle measurements by using protractor.
Compute the measurement of an angle by using the bisector, congruent angles,
etc.
Analysis:
Compare angles and their measurements.
Point out the use of angle measurement in real world problems.
Synthesis:
Explain the differences between different angles.
Develop definitions of angles in their own words.
Evaluation:
Determine angle measurements using necessary information that is given and
explain how they came to that answer.
Argue whether a given answer for a missing angle problem is correct or incorrect.
