For hard waste bookings you will receive a confirmation kit in the mail - if this mail does not arrive in time, the booking will
still go ahead so please place your hard waste out as per the service usage instructions Hard Waste Collections.

Please note: Bookings lodged on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday until 12 midnight will have their collection begin the
next Monday, whereas bookings lodged on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will have their collection begin the
Monday the week after.
