Description
EMEAI DCIS Business (Dow Consumer Industrial Solutions) is seeking for an Account
Manager(m/f) reporting to the India regional commercial manager for Personal Care and Home
Care, is accountable for sales in the region, hold full commercial responsibility and lead the interface
with selected Home & Personal Care accounts and channel partners.
Key responsibility:
Delivering the business plan for assigned customers ( revenues, volume, margin)
Negotiate global commercial deals and manage price and margin according to the business
guidelines.
Develop account plans for global strategic accounts and manage all aspects of reporting/
documenting, in particular by regularly using of CRM and forecasting tools.
Work in close co-operation with regional and global technical team to identify growth
opportunities, both for existing and new products
Very strong personality able to manage multinational accounts and global organization
Ability to combine technical aptitude, commercial ability and passion for sales

Requirements:
More than 10 years of successfully proven pure technical sales and / or technical sales
related experience of managing key accounts preferably Personal Care Industry
