Assignment: Work in Groups of 2-3 people on the following assignment:

1) View the Nazi Germany and American visual propaganda during

WWII. Locate and explain 5 specific examples of how posters from
WWII (3 from one side and two from the opposite side)
communicated key information / ideas and how they tried to impact
their intended audience.

2) Pretend that you are one of the participants of the Cold War (U.S. or
Soviet Union). Create your own visual form of propaganda to try to
persuade your intended audience in some fashion or communicate
an important objective.
