As an Advertising Specialist, consistently works to schedule a minimum of eight meetings
per week.
As an Account Executive, consistently completes a minimum of eight meetings/visits per
week.
Accurately records activities in Smart Publisher in a timely manner. Demonstrates a
thorough and appropriate level of knowledge of products, schedules, deadlines, and applies
this information to daily tasks. Is prompt, manages time well, and dresses appropriately
for all tasks and appointments. Exhibits professionalism with peers, superiors, and with
customers. Follows instructions and exercises critical thinking to ensure tasks are
completed in the most thorough and appropriate manner possible.

Comments: XXX regularly meets his meeting quota for the week, especially when
prospecting. XXX consistently remains low on the list of total weekly follow-ups, and
neglects to keep his client profiles up to date. XXX r studies the State News products, and
stays on top of deadlines and products to interact with his clients. Stephen exhibits
professionalism in both his appearances, and interactions with his peers and supervisors.
Though XXX asks questions, he fails to determine to prioritize his ads when ensuring their
full delivery through the ad flow.

to think creatively. Stays calm under pressure, and demonstrates the ability to prioritize
tasks well. Exhibits sound judgment and accepts responsibility for actions and
consequences.

Comments: XXX effectively accepts and responds to feedback. He thinks creatively when
communicating with his clients and prospecting, as well as remains calm under pressure.

XXX prioritizes communication and research, but does not pay attention to detail when
scheduling ads and completing their rotation through Basecamp.

Exhibits appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication choice and communicates well
with others. Exercises effective listening skills and interprets findings accurately to
improve the situation. Shows the ability to lead and follow within a team setting, making
others feel welcome and valuable.

Comments: XXX is an effective communicator, and works well in a team setting. He exhibits
his ability to lead in mentoring new hires, and approaching management with both edits
and ideas to leverage the department. Though XXX asks questions, he fails to fully
understand the information he is given which can lead to mistakes.

Overall Comments: XXX is positive, composed, analytical, and driven. He shows the early
characteristics of an effective leader. He goes above and beyond some aspects of his
position, and has room to improve on others. A large portion of this is delegated to paying
more attention to detail when performing monotonous activities, and making sure small
office tasks receive priority.
