Description of the artifact and how it meets the standard and criteria:

.The artifact that I have included to demonstrate my competency in standard 7B is the

peer evaluation sheet that we use. This is a way that we can improve our own teaching
by observing others, and also help out our colleagues. This meets the standard
because we work together, and discuss, our methods and different ways to improve
them.

Reflection on the artifact:

I believe that observing other teachers is a great way to improve your own teaching, as
well as theirs. You can always learn different tricks and techniques from other teachers
by observing them. It is also beneficial to observe teachers from different content areas
because sometimes you can just get stuck in the same methods watching the same
teachers over and over.
