Helping Families u,ith Sick Children

Dear Jason,

Thank you for your help, support, and volunteering over your March break in 2013 at Almost
Home. Through your support, you not only helped the organization, but rather you helped the
individuals and their families that used and were supported by Almost Home.

Our mission is to provide a place for comfort and respite for families whose children are
receiving medicaltreatment in Kingston area hospitals, Yourvolunteering has brought a certain
level of comfort to these families just by doing simple regular housekeeping and well as re-
stocking the rooms that have been vacated.

Through this experience, you have shown that you are a very versatile, hard worker. You
possess great communication skills that have been shown through various discussions with staff
as well as some of the families using Almost Home.

Iwish the best for you and you will succeed with any path you decide to take in life as long as
you continue to use and show the skills that you have showed here through your volunteering.
