Dear Jason,

Thank you so much for your tremendous support of the 12th Annual United Way Starlight
Film Festival which took place overnight on Friday, November 6th to Saturday, November 7th,
2015 at the Cineplex Odeon Gardiners Road Cinemas. Your team of St. Lawrence College
Police Foundation students provided efficient and professional security services throughout
the event.

The Starlight Film Festival does more than just raise funds, it also engages youth in our
community. This year's event raised over $9,500 towards the 2015 United Way KFLA
Campaign! On behalf of United Way staff and volunteers and student participants, please
extend our sincere thank you to the Security Team Coordinators lsabelle Garrison, and
Mark Wood, as well as the many volunteers from the Police Foundation program for their
help in providing a safe and secure environment for everyone.

75,000 people benefit from United Way KFLA funded programs. These include children who
were provided nutritional meals at local schools, youth who were provided counseling and
intervention, women and children who were provided shelterfrom abusive situations,
visually impaired people who increased their ability to participate in daily activities and
people who received support when they needed it the most. These are just a few examples
of the many ways in which your participation supports our families, friends and neighbors.

Please find enclosed a letter for each of the team members who participated on the night of
the event. lf you could please provide these letters to them and ensure they are placed in
their College files that would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you again for your support. We hope that you will be a part of the Starlight Film
Festival next year.
