18346, covered by Tax Declaration No. GRC6-07-054-00509, consisting of
NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE (9,959) SQUARE METERS for not
less than THREE THOUSAND PESOS PER SQUARE METER (Php 3,000/sqm)
depending on the appraisal of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP).
