TheachievementoftheCulturalCenterwasthemainaimofthisurban
renovation,aplaceforallmadetoenhancetherelationsandexchangesofthe
inhabitantsthroughsocialandculturalpractices.TheCulturalCenter,as
publicequipment,servesthetownbeyondtheneighborhoodlimitsandis
thereforeopentoallofBastiasinhabitants;itsroleenablestheneighborhood
toopenitselftotheexterior.

ThebuildingsiteisdealtasalargeparkopenontothecityofBastia.The
borderfencesareremoved,thevegetationispreservedanddeveloped,new
spacesaredesignedinordertositbythepinesandeucalyptusshadows.

Theprojectspecificationsdemanded:aninnovativeandcreativeplace,a
placeofcontrasts,shadowsandlights,luminousandsoftforthelecture
spaces,darkandsonorousfortheauditorium.Theanswertothisdemandis
literalandradical.

Theshowrooms,placesofdarkness,ofturmoil,ofagitation,aregatheredin
asolidbase,atelluricarchitecturebuiltofconcreteblocksinearthtones,
anchoredtotheground.Theauditoriumisabletohostalltypesof
performances;duetoitsmoldablenaturalacousticitcanreceiveinparticular
polyphonicsingingswithoutamplification.Theauditoriumblockgathersthe
sceneareaandthehall,therehearsalrooms,thedressingrooms,theartists
rooms,thetechnicalareas,theadministrationdistrictandthepublicreception
withthebar.

Themedialibraryrooms,spacesoflight,oftranquility,ofconcentration,of
meditation,arerelatedtothesky,inanaerialarchitectureoflightnessand
brightness.Thisvolumeemergesassuspendedabovethetrees;itoversees
theneighborhoodofferingaspecialpointofviewtowardsthehorizon,the
cityandthesea.

TheCulturalCenterrevealstherevivalimpactgiventotheneighborhood.

Themedialibraryopenstotheskyandthehorizon,offeringapanoramic
viewoverthecityandthesea.Itisdesignedasanopenedspaceinfavorof
spaceandlight,afreeopenfloorthatenablesmuchspecialflexibility.The
readingroomsareextendedtotheexterior,uponthepassagewaywhereone
canreadwhileprotected.

Theplazaiscarriedintothemainreceptionspace,whichsettlesaconnection
betweenthepublicsquareandtheequipment.Itisaareaoffellowshipwhere
onecanreadthenewspaperanddrinkacoffee,whereuserscangettogether
beforeoraftertheperformances.

TheprojectfulfillstheaimofreducinglegalconsumptiontotheBtiment
BasseConsommationlevelbyachievingBBC20%.

Arritja e Qendrs Kulturore ka qen qllimi kryesor i ktij rinovimit

urban, nj vend pr t br t gjitha pr t prmirsuar
marrdhniet dhe shkmbimet e banorve prmes praktikave
sociale dhe kulturore. Qendra Kulturore, si pajisje publik, shrben
qytetin prtej kufijve lagje dhe pr kt arsye sht e hapur pr t
gjith banort Bastia-s; roli i saj mundson lagje pr t hapur
veten t jashtme.

Site Ndrtesa sht trajtuar si nj park t madh t hapur n

qytetin e Bastia. Gardhe kufitare jan hequr, vegjetacioni sht
ruajtur dhe zhvilluar, hapsirat e reja jan t dizajnuara n
mnyr q t ulen nga pisha dhe hijet eukalipt.

Specifikimet e projektit krkoi: "nj vend inovative dhe kreative,

nj vend me kontraste, hijet dhe dritat, shklqen dhe but pr
hapsirat e ligjrimit, t errt dhe kumbues pr auditorin".
Prgjigja pr kt krkes sht i sakt dhe radikal.

T tregojn dhoma, vendet e errsirs, e trazirave, e agjitacion,

jan mbledhur n nj baz solide, nj arkitektur toksor ndrtuar
nga blloqe betoni n tonet tok, ankoruar n tok. Auditoriumi
sht n gjendje t pres t gjitha llojet e shfaqjeve; pr shkak t
saj akustike moldable natyrore ajo mund t marr n veanti
kng kishtare polifonik pa prforcim. Blloku auditorium mbledh
zonn skenn dhe salln, dhomat e provave, dhoma salc,
dhoma e artistve, zonat teknike, rrethin administrata dhe pritjen
e publikut me bar.

Bibliotek media dhoma, hapsira e drits, t qetsis, t

prqendrimit, t menduarit, jan t lidhura n qiell, n nj
arkitektur ajrore t butsi dhe shklqim. Ky vllim del si pezulluar
mbi pem; ajo mbikqyr lagje duke ofruar nj pik t veant t
mendimit drejt horizontit, qytetit dhe detit.

Qendra Kulturore zbulon ndikimin ringjalljen e dhn n lagje.

Biblioteka media hap n qiell dhe horizont, duke ofruar nj pamje
panoramike mbi qytet dhe detit. Ajo sht projektuar si nj
hapsir e hapur n favor t hapsirs dhe t lehta, nj kat t lir
t hapur q mundson fleksibilitet shum t veant. Dhomat
lexim jan shtrir n pjesn e jashtme, mbi vendkalim ku mund t
lexojn, ndrsa t mbrojtura.

Plaza sht kryer n hapsirn kryesore e pritjes, t cilin

vendoset nj lidhje n mes t sheshit publik dhe pajisjeve. Kjo
sht nj zon e miqsis ku mund t lexoni gazeta dhe pi nj
kafe, ku prdoruesit mund t marr s bashku para ose pas
shfaqjeve.

Projekti prmbush qllimin e reduktuar konsumin ligjore n nivelin

e "Btiment Basse Consommation" me arritjen e BBC -20%.
