SUBJECT: Driver seat switch removal/installation.

This procedure gives you the step by step instruction for the removal/installation of the improved seat switch.
The procedure
NOTE:
PLACE THE DRIVER SEAT IN ITS HIGHEST POSITION AND SLIDE THE SEAT COMPLETELY TO ITS FORWARD POSITION.

Remove all clips (1) from the suspension cover (2).

Remove the two yellow handle knobs (3) from the front side of the driver seat.
Remove the suspension cover (2).
Disconnect the seat switch at the rear of the driver seat.
Remove the four bolts, washers and nuts (4) from the driver seat. Remove the seat from the RAVO sweeper.

Remove the old seat switch cable (5) from the driver seat.
Install the new driver seat switch onto the plate (6). Make sure it is installed in a straight position.
Drill two holes (7) in the front side bottom plate of the diver seat. Make sure that the distance of the holes are smaller than the width of plate (6).
NOTE:
MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO IRON FILINGS LEFT BETWEEN THE BOTTOM PLATE, THE SEAT SWITCH AND THE SEAT CUSHION.

Slide the seat switch with the plate (8) between the bottom plate and the seat cushion. Make sure the cable (8) of the seat switch is guided to the
rear side of the seat and the seat switch is facing upwards towards the seat cushion.
Install a ty-rap (9) between the seat cushion and the strip at the backside.
Mark the drill holes of the front side plate onto the seat switch plate (10). Drill two holes into the seat switch plate (11). Make sure you do not drill
into the seat switch.

 Attach the seat switch plate to the seat bottom plate with two ty-raps (12).
Attach the seat switch cable to the bottom plate with a ty-rap (13).
Attach the seat switch cable to the strip at the backside with the installed ty-rap (14).

Place the seat into the RAVO sweeper and install it with the four bolts, washers and nuts (15).
Install the suspension cover (16).
Install the two yellow handle knobs (18) onto the front side of the driver seat.
Install all clips (17) onto the suspension cover (16).
Connect the seat switch cable at the rear of the driver seat.
