Dear Chancellor Tan,

I write to humbly appeal for the late payment of my tuition fees for the
1st Semester of Academic Year 2016 2017. Due to unforeseen strains
in my familys finances over the last few months, I have not been able
to meet the tuition fee deadline set by the University. With your
approval, I will be able to pay for my tuition fees at the soonest
possible time.
