    Subject : Cooperation during cafeteria construction work & directives.

    Ref# : Memo/2016-dpt.001

    Construction work of rooftop cafeteria will start from early next month. This disruption will continue for
    one month continuing from office working hour. Therefore, every ones kind cooperation & cautious
    movement during office hour in specific regions is highly appreciable.

    Management decided to add cafeteria facility for all the staffs from secondary quarter of this year.
    Cafeteria place is selected on rooftop where everyone will take lunch & refreshment facilities during
    intervals. A meeting is to be established aside cafeteria. We feel regret that you will feel disruption
    during working hours while construction work in progress, but we do believe all of you will extend your
    cooperative approach & support during that time.

    Meanwhile, for the safety concern of all the staffs everyone should follow below directives effective form
    April 2, 2016 until further notice-
    Labors will be moving frequently with heavy weight materials through the stairs of southeast
    corner of building & lift no#4. Employee movement is not allowed though those paths.
    Parking your vehicles in the basement near lift no#4 will not be allowed until further notice.
    The electric switchboards may be not having earthen therefore, be cautious to handle those &
    take support from technicians.
    Encouraging not staying at office after 06:00PM since electricity will be limited from 06:30PM
    until the construction work is done.
    Movement will be restricted to rooftop & smoking will not be allowed in basement.
    Follow the instructed paths for movement as directed in attached map.
    All precautionary banners will be available until construction work completes.

    Thanks in advance for following the safety guideline & being cooperative considering upcoming
    pleasures. Please convey the message to your colleagues if they forget or missed.
