As is customary in the apartment and rental business, routine inquiries may be made with respect to the
application and leases. In compliance with the Fair credit Reporting Act, we are informing you that a credit
report including information as to your character and general reputation, may be made. An Application
Fee of $35.00 will be taken to cover cost of such inquiries. This is a non-refundable fee.

It is understood that the applicant hereby agrees to execute, within seven (7) days after date house is
ready, a written lease agreement and to pay the rent in advance. The Reserve House Fee Agreement
deposit will be applied as the Security Deposit on the unit. The deposit will be retained if the
applicant refuses the property for any reason.

WE ACCOMMODATE WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, COLOR, RELIGION, SEX, HANDICAP,


FAMILIAL STATUS OR NATIONAL ORIGIN.

No agreements except as contained herein will bind either the undersigned or the owner.

This application shall be binding upon the owner only when accepted in writing by him or his agent. The
delivery of a written lease to the undersigned for signature shall not be construed as an acceptance of
this application, nor shall any such lease be binding upon the owner until duly executed by him or his
agent.

I acknowledge the above facts to be true to the best of my knowledge and it is understood that this
document will be a part of the regular lease. The agent is leasing the property based on the above facts
supplied by me, and should any fact not be true, the agent may cancel the lease by giving notice in
writing.

Your signature below gives us permission to seek references about past residences, verify your
employment and check your criminal and credit history for qualification and collection of debts
owed later.
