Conduct defendant interviews with regard to demographics and community ties, verify
defendant information, conduct mental health and substance abuse assessments.
Prepare affidavits for Indigent status for Public Defender services. Prepare and processes a
variety of forms and documentation such as rules and regulation contracts, warrants and case
management documentation. Prepare local criminal, Florida, and National criminal histories
for Clerk of Court, Judges and Public Defenders
Conduct victim interviews, prepare judges reports for first appearances, conduct
