1.0 PURPOSE:
To obtain cleanliness of Neocota
2.0 SCOPE:
This covers the standard cleaning procedure of Neocota.

6.0 PROCEDURE:

6.1 Switch OFF main.

6.2 Remove the layers of coating material from the Pan.

6.3 Pull the atomized air spray gun by controlled panel, dismantle the parts of coating
Machine like spray nozzle, liquid vessel with pneumatic stirrer, liquid pump etc.
6.4 Clean the pan with the help of Sodium hydroxide solution.

6.5 Wash with 0.1% Sodium Lauryl Sulphate solution then with hot water followed by
rinsing with demineralised water, wipe with cloth allow for drying.
6.6 Affix CLEANED Label on the coating pan.
