To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to recommend Hope Rodriguez. I have known Hope since her freshman year at
El Capitan. She was a pleasure to have in my biology class as a freshman, in my AP biology
class her junior year and her senior year as my lab assistant. Hope is kind, intelligent, and has a
great sense of humor.

Hope is a hard worker who is not afraid to ask questions in order to understand. She is kind and
thoughtful and works well with others in a group setting. This year I have had to work with
small groups during labs to help students understand the concepts. Hope has a great sense of
humor and positive attitude. No matter what struggle she has faced she is always kind,
thoughtful, willing to joke around when appropriate, and smiling. She will be a great asset and I
am confident she will be successful in all that she does. If you have any questions, please feel
