RXEM 1
Features Application
Two independent supervision circuits in one module The relay can be used for detecting loss of DC voltage supply,
Undervoltage operation detection of open circuits, or simply as a drop-off delayed
Green LEDs indicate healthy circuits relay in automation circuits.
Operation delayed 2.2 s or 1.1 s (24V)
Two change-over contacts per circuit A typical application is continuous supervision of a circuit
No extra auxiliary supply is required breaker trip circuit, including the breaker coil, in transmission
and subtransmission substations, see Fig. 2.
Note!
It is not possible to connect the two RXEM in
series in a double supervision solution, with one
relay across relay tripping contact and one at the
breaker in the open position loop.
