Serve as the Residence Director to oversee and provide leadership to a 713 bed, co-ed suite style residence hall
Hire, supervise, train, mentor and evaluate 9 Resident Advisors (RAs) and 1 Administrative Coordinator (AC) to
provide a well-rounded residential experience; indirectly supervise 22 RAs
Serve in an emergency on-call rotation responsible for approximately 2,220 students on West Campus
Organize, supervise, and implement hall programs based on a residential curriculum including areas of diversity,
involvement, and career readiness while managing a hall programming budget of $3,500
Assist with the Resident Advisor (RA) Selection Process including hosting informational sessions and conducting
20 interviews
Advise a residence hall council that represents 713 students to create monthly programs to promote undergraduate
student leadership within the residence hall
Maintain accurate building records as it pertains to staff, residents, facilities, programming, and room change
requests
Manage Sullivan Hall Activities Council (SHAC) budget of $8,000 to fund evets and student initiated projects
Adjudicate disciplinary cases and assign educational sanctions through Maxient Student Conduct system as a
University Housing hearing officer
Responsible for managing major events within the building including opening, closing, and open house
Serve on the Residence Education Committee that was charged with providing assessment and feedback on the
Residential Curriculum model
Coordinate an End of Year Celebration for 300 housing employees working in the Apartments and West Campus

Project Safe-an ally training program to promote understanding of issues faced by the GLBT population, how to
create a more inclusive environment, and resources available to students on and off campus
Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR)-a suicide prevention training program designed to train participants in
identifying students in distress and connecting them with resources to ensure their safety
Title IX-a workshop designed by the Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity to provide an overview of Title
IX and the institutional planning to maintain compliance
Trans* 101-a workshop designed to introduce issues faced by the transgender population, how to create a more
inclusive environment, and resources available to these students
