    The twenty-eighth week of school had an international
    Grammar - Conjunctions feel to it. With the annual Third Grade Continent Fair on
    Spelling - Suxes Wednesday, the students toured our amazing planet while
    traveling around to each third grade classroom. Our
    Science - Sound
    classroom featured the incredibly diverse continent of
    History - Asia Asia. The students got to showcase this diversity with
    Important Message PowerPoints, trifold poster boards, movie clips, and
    delicious Asian food. Also in the week, the students
    Thank you for the Supplies! competed in our second March Balance competition. The
    Weekly Reminders students were given two weighted (grams) equations and
    the fastest time moved on. After all the rounds, only one
    Friday Folders due Monday student remained: Anna. She will get a chance to compete
    Spelling and 2 Minute Math Facts against Mrs. Barkers fastest student for the crown of
    Test Every Friday fastest balancer! To finish the week, the third grade
    headed to The Great Smoky Mountain Heritage Center!
