Unit n 1: ACTIVE
Communication:

Talking about free time activities and sports, adverbs of frequency taking about
how often we do things: how often do you play football?. Reading
Comprehension: where do you live? When do you go surfing?

Grammar:
Present simple Tense: affirmative and negative and interrogatives forms. Yes/no
questions and short answers DO-DOES. Third person of singular: spelling rules.
Adverbs of frequency.

Unit n 2: LOOKING GOOD

Communication:
Describing what we are wearing and what we are doing. Contrasting routines
with actions happening now. What are you doing now? Describing Personalities:
lazy, cheerful, kind , shy ,confident ,friendly.

Grammar:
Present Continuous Tense: Affirmative, negative and interrogatives forms,
spelling, verb list and role play. Present simple and Present Continuous:
differences and similarities. Vocabulary items: clothes. Adjectives to describe
people.

Unit n 3 HOME SWEET HOME

Communication:

Describing places: rooms in the house. Expressing existences: there is a

kitchen in our house and a bathroom too. Is there a kitchen? Talking about your
sweet home: oral and written descriptions. Locating things: In, on, near etc.
Making a description about physical characteristics. Talking about obligation,
Prohibition and possibilities.

Grammar:
There is, there are: Affirmative, Negative and interrogative form. Vocabulary:
Rooms in a house and adjectives. Prepositions of Place.
Possibilities: Can: Affirmative. Negative and interrogative forms. Obligation,
Prohibition: Must- Mustnt
