INTRODUCTION
Organization culture represent the collective values, beliefs and principal of organization
members and is product of such factory as history, product, market, technology, strategy, type of
employees , management style, and national culture, culture includes the organization vision,
values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumption, beliefs and habits. Culture particularly
in large organizations that have a great deal of internal momentum can be difficult to influence or
change. The size of an organization & the strength of its culture are the biggest contributors to
cultural inertia. Understanding to change an organization culture requires some insight into what
creates culture in the first place and how altering those components may impact meaningful
cultural development.
Organization culture works a lot like this. Every company has its own unique personality, just
like people do. The unique personality of an organization is referred to as its culture. In groups
of people who work together, organization culture is an invisible but powerful force that
influences that behavior of the members of that group. Which provides guidelines and
boundaries of the behavior of the members of the organization.
