INTRODUCTION

Organization culture represent the collective values, beliefs and principal of organization
members and is product of such factory as history, product, market, technology, strategy, type of
employees , management style, and national culture, culture includes the organization vision,
values, norms, systems, symbols, language, assumption, beliefs and habits. Culture particularly
in large organizations that have a great deal of internal momentum can be difficult to influence or
change. The size of an organization & the strength of its culture are the biggest contributors to
cultural inertia. Understanding to change an organization culture requires some insight into what
creates culture in the first place and how altering those components may impact meaningful
cultural development.

OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

To enable the employees toward achievent of superior standard of work


performance.
To help the employees inidentifing the knowledge and skill reqired for
oerforming the job effienciently as the would drive their focus toward
performing the right task in the right way.
To promoting personal growth and advancement in the carrer of the
employees by helping them in acquiring the desired knowledge and skill.
Creating a basis several administrative decision strategy planning,
succession planning, promotion and performance based payment.
SUMMARY

Organization culture works a lot like this. Every company has its own unique personality, just
like people do. The unique personality of an organization is referred to as its culture. In groups
of people who work together, organization culture is an invisible but powerful force that
influences that behavior of the members of that group. Which provides guidelines and
boundaries of the behavior of the members of the organization.
