your music video. Please screenshot these emails including the
dates and times they are agreeing to paste them below.

Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back
up actors, locations and equipment do you have?
Actors:
When it comes to the day of shooting the footage for our final music video, if the
actors and crew we have planned to use cannot make it or be there for any reason,
we have created a Secondary Crew List in which we have listed the actors and crew
members that we will use to replace them. For instance, if neither of our main
actors/actresses (Umar Hussain and Annie Callaway) can make it to the shoot, we
have already spoken with two others (Zakary Guerroudj and Izzie Larter) who
have confirmed that they will be able to step in to take their place following such an
inconvenience. Additionally, we have also devised replacements for all of the crew
members that will be on set. For example, if the Camera Operator (John Browning)
isnt able to make the schedule, the shoot will instead be filmed by Joe Maine.
Finally, if the current Lighting Technician (Morgan Clarke) isnt able to make it to
the shooting location on the day either, then we plan to replace him with another
suitably skilled one (Lewis Johnson).
Locations:
For our music video, we have decided to use the college Dance Studio for one of
the main locations that we have decided to film in. However, if it is being used when
we come to film, then we will have to remove from our plan and instead simply rely
on all of the other outside locations. In addition, if some of the other locations that
we have planned to use are also unavailable when we want to use them, then we
will we have to reduce the amount of different locations that we plan to use.
Equipment:
Even though we have completed an Equipment Application for both Lighting
Equipment and a Camera Stabiliser, if we find out that other groups have already
hired these out, we will have to either replace them with other pieces of equipment
that serve similar purposes or simply film the scenes whilst handholding our camera.
Additionally, we will also have to rely on the lighting available in the shooting
location (The Dance Studio) if we cannot get hold of any Lighting Equipment.
