MOTION FOR EXTENSION

Respondent, SWWWWWWWWWW, by counsel, unto this Honorable Office, most

respectfully states:

1. On 14 November 2020, Respondent received a copy of a Subpoena dated 8 November 2020, sent
by the Honorable Office, requiring Respondent to submit his counter-affidavit, within ten (10) days
from receipt of the Subpoena, and directing the Respondent to appear before the Honorable on 27
November 2020, and again on ____________________

2. Pursuant to the Subpoena, Respondent has ten (10) days from 14 November 2020, or until 24
November 2020, within which to file his counter-affidavit.

3. Considering the recent engagement of the undersigned, and undersigneds need to check whether
the Annexes sent to Respondent were true and complete, Respondents Counter-Affidavit cannot
be finalized and filed on time.

4. Respondent is therefore constrained to ask for an additional period of at least ten (10) days from
24 November 2020 or until 3 April 2020, within which to file his Counter-Affidavit.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed that Respondent be

given a period of at least ten (10) days from 24 November 2020, or until 3 April 2020 within which
to file his Counter-Affidavit.

Such other reliefs as may be deemed just and equitable under the premises, are likewise
prayed for.
