tobetterourselvesandthecountrytoensurethatwewillreacha
Utopia.Wewillestablishrules,suchasthefollowing:promotea
generalwelfare,establishjustice,tosavesucceedinggenerationsfrom
thescourgeofwar,toregainfaithinfundamentalhumanrights,to
establishconditionsunderwhichjusticeandrespectforthe
obligationsarisingfromtreatiesandothersourcesofinternational
lawcanbemaintained,topromotesocialprogressandbetter
standardsoflifeinlargerfreedomandtopracticetoleranceand
livetogetherinpeacewithoneanotherasgoodneighbourstoordain
andestablishthisConstitutionforSawyah.

Peoplewillpetitionforlawsthatsendtocongresswhichinreturn,ifithasover
votesfromcongressitpasses,ifitslessthenwewilltakeittothenextstep(court).
