A Healthier Meal According to the data that I collected, the meal that is a healthier choice for me is the Wendy's
meal; only because of the low amount of calories. Although the calories are low the meal contains a lot
of sodium and carbs, which are not good things to consume a lot of. The least healthy meal is the Back
Yard Burger meal. The calorie and sodium intake is very high and could be very bad for my health. Most
of the meals seem to be high in sodium and should only be consumed on a very low basis.
