b) What are the factors which are responsible for attracting foreign scientists to come and
work in Yemen?
Your client has specified that quantitative research for questions (a) & (b) above.
(i) A description of how you are going to carry out the quantitative research for (a)
above.
(ii) A conceptual framework detailing the possible variables involved and the
relationship between them for (b).

QUESTION FOUR
a. The director of Yemen Company for Ghee and Soap thinks that the performance of the
production operators is directly linked to the financial incentive paid for every unit product
produced. However, his production manager urges that the workers performance can be
improved by providing them a conducive working environment and flexible working hours
(three work schedules). Due to the inconsistence opinion, the manager would like to prove
this to the company director through a research study.
1. Draw the theoretical framework diagram and label each of the variable involved in
this study.
2. Based on the above theoretical framework, develop alternative hypotheses for this
study.
3. State the suitable sampling technique for this study with reasons why you choose
this technique.
4. List the contributions that could be produced by the findings of this study.
