Dear Mackenzie Health:

I am highly interested in the RPN opening available at Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital. I will
be graduating and taking the CNO exam in May 2017.

The vision of creating a world class health experience in your mission statement and dedication
to community health resonate with me. My clinical rotation in the Complex Care Unit at
Mackenzie Richmond Hill Hospital has shown me that Mackenzie Health offers an experience
with a diverse patient population, and a respect for cultural differences. The emphasis on patient
satisfaction displayed by my preceptor, Jennifer Gudoy, and other staff members really
impressed me and makes me want to be a part of Mackenzie Health.

In addition to my nursing skills, I have developed very strong time management skills. Balancing
my life as a full-time nursing student while taking care of a happy household filled with a two
year old son, a husband, and my aging parents-in-law has formed me as a person who is able
to move very quickly and get things done!
