 Recruiters rank students in order of preference based
on the rsums they review
Students rank companies according to preference
#1 = most preferred
You cannot assign a #1 rank to more than one company
Rank all companies you will not interview with the
company you rank last.
Preferences are put into a mathematical model that
makes a logical match
 The interview schedule is based on the data received from
students AND recruiters

If you ranked a company as #1 and the company does not

want to interview you, you will not get an interview

If you are not qualified (grad date, etc.), the company

may decline an interview regardless of your preference

You must interview with all companies that appear on your

schedule. Professionalism is expected.

You will receive your interview schedule via email the week of
February 13th.
Your schedule is subject to change. You will be called or
texted if there is an opportunity for an additional interview.
Be ready!
Do not blow off any interviews no matter what
 Prioritize your research and focus on the companies you
are most interested in.

Be proactive. Dont wait to start doing the research until

after you receive your interview schedule.

Have a general understanding of all participating

companies in case you have the opportunity to
pick up interviews during the event.

Be prepared for ANYTHING!

 Your rsum must be recently critiqued (Fall 2016 to now) by
the Career Management Center prior to submission.

Send an email to coggin.careers@unf.edu with your rsum

saved as a Word document with the following file name:
LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_FINCAREER DAY
Rsum must include an objective that states:
1.) The job type: full-time/part-time
2.) When youre available to begin
