g) Different manufacturer name on WPS & PQR- (Verify the name of

manufacturer).

h) EN 287-1 (WQR-branch angle qualification) - (Verify branch limit).

in charge/client for return)

b) Dossier review follow up- (chase person in charged)

Certification Review/Dossier

a) Missed out supplementary test report (PMI test). (Carefully check

P.O. /M.R. requirements)

b) Bolts & Nuts specification for Metric & Inch have different class &
grade (Check carefully the specification i.e...ASTM A563M Gr 10S not
the same as ASTM/ASME A/SA 563. One with M stand for metric.)

c) Dossier certificates/records/procedure not in English Check

language of the records

d) Site items supply under seller without certificates in dossier. Check

dossier.
