WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, First Party and the Second Party agree to marry
each other on __________;
WHEREAS, First Party and the Second Party agree to enter
into marriage settlement agreement (pre-nuptial agreement) in accordance with the provisions of Article 75 to 81 of the family code of the Philippines.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the

1. Property Regime: Parties have agreed that their marriage
shall be govern by property regime/relation of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF PROPERY;
The regime of COMPLETE SEPARATION OF PROPERTY shall be
total separation and shall cover present and future properties of the parties.
2. Administration and enjoyment of the Property: In
accordance with the provisions of existing law, each party shall own, dispose of, or possess, administer and enjoy his or her own property or separate estate, without need of consent of the other.
To each spouse shall belong all earnings from his or her
profession, business or industry and all fruits, natural, industrial or civil, due or received during the marriage from his or her separate property 1 Both spouses shall bear the family expenses in proportion to their income, or, in case of insufficiency or default thereof, to the current market value of their separate properties
