1 The previous meeting minutes were approved by all group members
2. Sponsor has changed from Jenna Wood to Michael Ross. He will be our new
point of contact and the team will send him updates as needed. He is still
very excited about our project and eager to help with whatever is needed.
3. The Longhairs has changed its donation pledged from the original 50% from
every hair tie purchase. New amount is 20% of each purchase will now go
towards Wigs for Kids. We will continue to sell the hair ties but this will
affect how people view purchasing them.
4. Progress Report 2 is to be presented in class April 4th. Documents that are
due include, scope statement, deliverables, risk management etc.
Meeting Conclusion
Having the donation amount change for each hair tie purchase affects the
landscape a lot for the project but the team will work through this. The Sponsor
change doesnt affect the project too much only the team now has a new person
to communicate with. Progress report 2 is coming up so the team will continue
to make
