    I take exception with the assumption that our government is capable of adopting effective and timely legislation. I am convinced that your ironic promotion of a revenue-neutral carbon tax is disingenuous—raising false hope—and deferring to “governments” is contrived to create unrealistic expectations and effectively delay action—so you can turn a blind eye.
