To Whom It May Concern,

Osvaldo Hurtado has asked me to write a letter of recommendation and I accepted

to do so without a second thought. He is a self directed and assertive young man
that is willing to ask for help and help others. Osvaldo is very friendly by nature
with a good sense of humor and seems to be liked by all who know him.

Osvaldo is intelligent, a great problem solver and very helpful young man. He has
excellent social skills and great at communication with others. During our meeting
Osvaldo has expressed great interest in attending Merced College and majoring in
business. Eventually he stated that he would like to have his own business. With
the determination and skills that he has I see him achieving his goal very quickly.
What he is most proud of is that he will be the first in his family to graduate from
high school and attend college.

Osvaldo exemplifies the values of honesty, integrity and perseverance. He is a

well-rounded person with the ability to perform well in a wide variety of
occupations. I strongly recommend Osvaldo for employment.
