Dear Student,

Congratulations! You have qualified for induction into Zeta Alpha Phi, the Nichols College Honor Society.
You should be proud of yourself for your accomplishments in your academic endeavors.

The requirements for acceptance into Zeta Alpha Phi are as follows*:

Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 for 44 to 74 credit-hours and in the top 20 percent of your class
Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 for 75 to 104 credit-hours and in the top 20 percent of your class
Cumulative minimum GPA of 3.5 for 105 or more credit-hours and in the top 20 percent of your class

* Transfer students are required to complete a minimum of two semesters to qualify for eligibility for
entrance into the society.

The induction ceremony will take place on Tuesday, April 18th at 6:00 p.m. in Daniels Auditorium. A
reception with light refreshments will follow.

Please complete the attached response form. You will need to include your membership fee of $20.00. You
may submit either cash or check made payable to Nichols College with Zeta Alpha Phi written in the
memo section.

All forms need to be submitted by Friday, April 7, 2017 to:

Please note: you do not need to attend the ceremony in order to be inducted. If you cannot attend, you must
