    3 DESIGN AND
    ESTIMATION OF 2BHK HOUSE

    ABSTRACT

    The construction of any structure that mainly as per design,


    maintenance, physically and naturally built environment and including
    works like buildings, this job greatly done by CIVIL ENGINEER
    In normal home there is one family can live but in this house there
    is a possibility for living of multifamily for luxury occupancy.

    In this duplex we provided the area for free spacing in all rooms
    than nominal ultra-model 3BHK house in the plan area of 1520
    Sqft.

    In this project we challenged on design of piles because of its


    mines blasting area.

    This house designed as excellent Elevation with finishing than


    architect view.

    The total cost of this project is bellow 15 lakhs with maintain


    quality also.
