It is with great pleasure that I recommend Porfirio Garcia for an opportunity to continue
academics after high school. Porfirio is an exceptional young man who sets the highest
standards for himself and consistently meets or exceeds those standards. Porfirio is very
bright and focused on his educational and professional goals. He is a good student, and
hopes to obtain a job after high school, and continue his education.

Porfirio is a leader in class and is involved in many activities throughout his school. He
is very bright, and often works to help other students learn a skill or master a concept in
class while maintaining a 3.0 GPA. Porfirio is patient and kind when helping others, and
is a wonderful tutor. He is extremely honest and trustworthy and has a wonderful sense
of humor. In everything he does, Porfirio takes a very strong leadership role. He always
ensures that every task is completed correctly and in a timely fashion.

Porfirio has many interests that include Soccer, Weight Training, Cross Country and has
been involved with cleaning up the campus. He is diverse in all he does and is eager to
learn new skills and take on new tasks. He has many technology skills as well that will
him help him in succeeding in meeting his Long term goals.
