3. Description of Activity:
Each student gets a stick (one they made)
The purpose of the activity is for each student to hold their stick
in the air and try to run while screaming as long as they can
Once they are no longer able to fun while screaming they have to
drop their stick on the floor and stand in that spot
Can have the students run together or one at a time individually
This activity focuses on the importance of lung capacity
4. Equipment:
One stick per student
Measuring tape
5. Safety Considerations:
Make sure students stop running and screaming when they start
to feel tired
Ensuring each student has enough room to run safely without
colliding with anyone else

6. Modifications:
Increase difficulty
Making the distance further and making students hop instead of
run.
Decrease difficulty
Making the distance further.
