Florida, also called La Florida, 1 is a state located in the southern region of the United
States. Bounded on the west by the Gulf of Mexico, north to Alabama and Georgia and
east by the Atlantic Ocean. With more than 20.2 million people in 2015, it is the third
most populous country with 170 304 square kilometers state, is the twenty second
state by area. It is governed by the 1968 Constitution, which has been amended
several times.

Its political capital is Tallahassee, its largest city is Jacksonville, but the most populous
