SCREEN IS VERY SENSITIVE
We bought 2 of this (the same day) for our 2 daughter for both birthday & X'mas present. Both Quality
their tv screen had cracked, one from rubbing cleaning it & the other one from facing down
putting the stand on it (no weight on top). They both are living in a different city. We still have

the manufacturer warranties on it until Dec 11, 2016. Is it possible to get the screen fixed?
We're wondering if its even possible just to get both screen fixed free of labor from warranties?
How much will it cost us & where are we supposed to send it? We bought these @ Best Buy, Value
Duncan, BC, Canada. We really appreciate if theres something that you can do to help us w/
this. Everythings very nice in this TV & they both like it if not for the screen incident. Thank you.

AMAZING TV
My husband and I had been needing a new tv for a year or so, but was confused with all the Quality
different types and all the new features that have come out since we had last bought a tv. We
are older and not very up to date on all the new technology so we were doing research on

everything available and reading all the reviews. Finally we just started looking and asking
questions of the clerks in the tv areas the past 6 months or so. My husband saw this tv and
liked the clear picture and the size was what we needed. So we purchased it and our son in law Value
got it all set up for us which didn't seem too hard. We are still learning how to use all the
features on it since we have only had it around 2 months but we are very pleased with the
clarity and are still getting use to watching it. We did purchase a newer antenna which is made
for the 4k tvs and it has improved the reception so far. The web features are amazing and very
easy to use. We are very happy with this purchase so far.

AWESOME TV!
I love LG products, very stylish and reliable. This TV is awesome, great picture, great sound, Quality
great value, and loads the apps fast. The only issue I have is with the magic remote, because
after only 9 months of owning this my magic remote started not working right which I find very

resolved.

TOTALLY ENJOYING THIS PRODUCT!
Purchased one for my son as a birthday gift. I was so blown away watching a movie at his Quality
house that I had to have one for myself! The picture is just amazing.

by accessing the GENERAL menu on the TV. From this point, select RESET TO INITIAL SETTINGS.

Diag), Model # 43LF6300 are performed by LG Authorized Technicians or LG Authorized Service Centers
and they would need to inspect the unit and give you a quote for how much it would cost to rreplace the
screen. They may have a flat rate if applicable or depending on the damage, may need to give you an
estimate for the replacement. We noticed that you are in the UK so you will need to contact the Support
Center for our subsidiary in the UK for assistance with finding an LG Authorized Service Centyer in the
