GOAL
Our goal is to hold an outreach program for the elderly persons of
Hospicio de San Jose by celebrating post Valentines Day.

II. OBJECTIVES
In order to execute the said goal, we prepared the following programs
for the elderly persons of HSJ:
Serenade/Performances
Feeding
Gift giving/ giveaways

III. PLACE, DATE AND TIME

PLACE:
The Outreach Program will take place at Hospicio de San Jose,
San Miguel Manila, Metro Manila. Below is the map going to
Hospicio de San Jose:

DATE & TIME:

 The event will be held on February 18, 2017. The Program will
start at 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
