Choir and Instrument Ensemble members and parents,

This years concert features many songs where Choir and Instrument Ensemble perform together.
There will be three voluntary rehearsals in Multipurpose Room so both groups can practice
together on the stage. Please try to come to at least one of the rehearsals. The dates and times are
as follows:

Monday, April 10 11 am 1 pm (snack break included)

Monday, April 17 3:30 pm 5 pm (snacks provided at 3 pm in Music room)
Tuesday, April 18 5 pm 7 pm (snack break included)

The rehearsals are not mandatory. I understand that many of you have busy schedules, which is
why we are holding rehearsals at different times each day. On Monday, April 17, students may
stay in the music room after dismissal until the start of the rehearsal.

At each rehearsal, pizza or snacks and drinks will be provided. If you have any dietary
restrictions, please let me know what I can get for you.

Choir members, since our concert is on a Wednesday night, we will not be rehearsing on
Thursday, April 20. Instead, come to the rehearsal on Wednesday, April 19.

We will meet in Multipurpose Room at the start time for each of these rehearsals. Please send
back the bottom portion. If not enough students sign up to come to any of the rehearsals, they
may be canceled. In case of cancelation, I will send you notice in advance. If you have any
