PROJECT DEFENITION

1. Husen (2009:2)
Project Management Consist of 2 Words. Management is science about
leading art organization consisting of planning, organizing, implementing,
and controlling due to limited resource in order to reach effective and
efficient purpose.

2. Diphusodo (1996:2)
Effort that organized to reach the purpose, target, and expectation using
budget and resource.

3. Husen (2009:4)
Fusion from resource like human, material, tools, and cost that join in
temporary to reach certain purpose.

4. Larson (2006:3)
Complex work, undaily that limited by time, budget, resource, and specific
work design to complete customer needs.

5. Ervianto (2005)
All Planning, Implementing, Controlling, and Coordinating of a project
from beginning until the project ends to guarantee due to on time, correct
budget, and correct quality.

6. Diphusodo (1996:69)
Construction project that related with effort of developing infrastructure
that consist of basic work.

7. Lewis
The Project is an effort made by the responsible way to produce a product
or services which particular result.
8. Bappenas
Project is an investment activities using production factors to produce
goods and service.

9. Development of Housing
Project is temporary activity of personnel, material, and the money to
make the objectiive project within a certain time.

10. Imam Suharto

Projects can be defined asactivities which take place within certain period
with the allocation of limited resource and intended to carry out a task that
has been outlined.
