MGJV has prepared a Draft Project Execution Plan (PEP) that outlines our delivery model for the services to be
provided under the Karratha Life Extension (KLE) Program Brownfields Implementation Services contract. The
(PEP) is included as T15-008.1 Part 2.2.3 Attachment 01 Draft Project Execution Plan PEP.
The draft plan is based on a standard structure and has been developed to align with the proposed scope as
outlined in the tender documentation. Upon award of the contract and prior to mobilisation, this draft plan will be
reviewed and developed in consultation with Woodside key representatives for the contract. The final version
will form part of the contract between Woodside and MGJV. It is intended that this final version be used by
MGJV personnel on site as a reference guide for delivery of services that is aligned to the agreed performance
measures. It will be the responsibility of the Site Manager to ensure this is achieved. The PEP will be subject to
an ongoing review process to ensure its continual compliance to the contract.
MGJV will self perform the majority of the work as a joint venture partnership with minimal reliance on any third
party providers. Should there be a requirement to engage the services of a specialist provider at any time
throughout the term of the contract; any such specialist would be required to align to the PEP for delivery of
services.
