    Good day!

    This refers to our problem regarding office facilities. We have one airconditioning unit in
    the courtroom and another one in the office. Unfortunately, both of them are already worn out
    and almost unserviceable. Because of their damaged condition, we frequently suffer intolerable
    heat in the performance of our duties especially during this summer time.

    In this connection, we respectfully appeal to your generous heart that we will be provided
    at least one airconditioning unit for office use. This unit will greatly alleviate our problem.
