The Conditions of Contract comprise the General Conditions, which form a part of the

Conditions of Contract for Construction First Edition 1999 published by the Federation
Internationale des Ingenieurs-Conseils (FIDIC), as amended by the following Particular
Conditions, which include amendments, additions and deletions to such General
Conditions. The General Conditions as amended by the Particular Conditions are part of
the Contract.

Tenderers are deemed to be in possession of their own set of aforementioned General

Conditions.

The Clauses in Particular Conditions shall take precedence over the Clauses of the
General Conditions of Contract.
