A Night of the long knives

19July the one of the historic day and the day of Triumph for the Democracy, which
would certainly inflict tremendous imprints on the future. Clearly Turk Nation once
again took their precedence in manifesting their gallantry for living as a Democratic
Nation. Lessons are there for countries like Pakistan to endure its Democracy where
it has never has a chance to ensconce itself for no more than two or three years.

It is very easy to look into this unsuccessful Coup; there is no doubt Turkey has
managed to buck the trend after making the Coup to cower. A chaos has kindled
when Turk National Press Channel announced the imposition of the Martial Law,
announcement was a complete shock to the world, and no one had it coming. At the
time the big question was whether the Army as a whole institute or a fraction of it is
involved. There was never any doubt Army is staunchly determine to enshroud
countrys secular image which has been blurred by Erdogans Islamic ideology. From
the history of preceding instances the unsettling of Erdogans Government was
credulously believed by all over the Globe.

But then the world witnessed an ardent turnaround people of Turkey stormed out on
the streets maybe it was the appeal of the Erdogan which struck the chord in the
nation who has survived couple of coups or they have sensed the need of the
modern era no matter what was the reason Turkey has gone over the precipice for
the better years of Democracy. Leadership and this institutional equation propped
up with implicit confidence by the people on their leaders. Trust builds when leaders
lead his agenda ostensibly in cooperated with the common persons interest.
Erdogan is a person who believes in the philosophy of Neck and Naught. He Led the
uprising himself rather than directing it from the safe house in some foreign country.

But now since the coup has been nipped in the bud so it seems Erdogan is trying to
make hay while the sunshines. Thousands of the Soldiers and Government workers,
Dozens of Army officers has been detained, Emergency has been announced in the
country. Human Rights organization has been berating President Erdogan for such
steps which would imprudent for the rights of Turk citizens.
