It is often noticed that the proposals received from the District
Collectors to this office are being sent in incomplete shape without pre-requisite
particulars. As a result, such proposals could not be sent to Government in time
nor pass final orders on the same. Such files are being kept pending
unnecessarily in our office for want of additional particulars from the Districts.

2) To stream line the process, an updated check list for Lease /

Land Alienation / Land Transfer / Assignment / Exchange of land have been
prescribed and enclosed herewith for necessary action at your end.

3) In future, the Collectors are requested to send the proposals

to this office along with the respective check list duly signed, by the District
Revenue Officers / Collectors, without fail, otherwise the proposals will be sent
back to the respective office in original.

4) Acknowledgment of receipt of this D.O. will be appreciated.
