    1.06 Spools / valves / special items removed for test re-installed.
    1.08 All punchlist items cleared.
    1.09 Preservation requirements implemented.
    1.10 Check that correct gasket is fitted at flanged joint.
    1.11 Check for flange bolt - material and torquing.
    1.12 Check pipe is clean internally, free of debris and dry.

    Note: Tick all check item under OK - Satisfactory; N/A - Not Applicable; Punch items(s) are to be PL.
