ATTESTATION CLAUSE

I, ARIEL I. MALUNES, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

BacolodCity, Philippines, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I was the lawyer who conducted and supervised the examination
of the witness who executed the foregoing Judicial Affidavit;

2. That the examination of the witness contained in this Judicial

Affidavit was done at the Malunes, Mampang & Montoro Law with office
address at Room 202, Park Lane Building, Hilado-Tindalo Ave. (Shopping),
Bacolod City;

3. That the undersigned lawyer faithfully recorded the questions asked of

the witness as well as the corresponding answers the witness gave;

4. That neither the undersigned nor any other person present or assisting
the witness during the examination coached the witness regarding the latters
answer.
